Chelsea Lake Roberts serves as the Vice President of Marketing and Communications at the Sam Beauford Woordworking Institute in Adrian, Michigan.
Through her work for Michigan’s leading advertising agencies, Chelsea has given voice to major stories in the state, and she led the brand identity development for the largest riverfront project in the country.

Under her own name, Chelsea has published peer-reviewed research, arts features, and long-form essay since 2020. Originally attending graduate school for theatre history before switching to a career in marketing, Chelsea is a story-driven, audience obsessed professional who isn’t afraid to bend or entirely break convention. Her bold spirit has earned her merit awards, scholarships, and grants.
